About the Role

Gerald Eve prides itself on being able to offer the highest standard of training and dedicated support for all its graduates and surveyors, continuing throughout their careers. We are a well-established, professional and highly regarded Partnership within the industry, consistent in our goal to recruit bright, dynamic people who will grow with the Firm and become our Partners of the future.

We will give you the chance to get stuck in from day one and have direct access to Partners on a day-to-day basis. We offer opportunities of going on site visits, attending client meetings, writing reports and doing research for projects, which will assist in enhancing your technical or practical knowledge and improve your business awareness, communication, planning, organising, problem-solving, teamwork, confidence and networking skills. You will have the opportunity to work within either the Building Consultancy or Lease Exit team.

We are offering 4 weeks of full-time paid work experience to sixth form or university students who are interested in pursuing a career in property/building surveying. Students must possess enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and expand their skills and knowledge.

The work experience will be taking place between 5th June – 30th June 2023 and 3rd July – 29th July 2023, you will be required to confirm in your application which of these dates are suitable.
