We are looking to recruit a graduate student to join our Manchester office, where we will give the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge to the full, whilst working within the team and contributing to client work.
About Gerald Eve LLP
Gerald Eve is a firm of international property consultants based in the UK. We operate a national network of nine offices and an international association covering 20 European countries and all major US markets. Whether you are a property owner, investor, occupier or developer, Gerald Eve provides independent, intelligent and relevant advice based on detailed market knowledge and sector understanding.
We provide comprehensive property advice to public and private sector organisations and our clients – including over 40 of the FTSE100 – hold some of the largest property portfolios in the country. Our employees are tasked with providing intelligent and commercial solutions to ensure our clients’ portfolios deliver the maximum return possible.
What sets us apart from our competitors is the way in which we value our people, and the values that are at the core of our business: Trust and Integrity, Respect, Friendliness and Excellence.
About the Role
Gerald Eve prides itself on being able to offer the highest standard of training and dedicated support for all its graduates and surveyors, continuing throughout their careers. We are a well-established, professional and highly regarded Partnership within the industry, consistent in our goal to recruit bright, dynamic people who will grow with the Firm and become our Partners of the future.
Our aim is to nurture creative and dynamic property consultants. Being stuck in an office doing mundane tasks won’t do that; you’ll be getting out on inspections and meeting clients throughout the UK.
You will gain hands-on experience in a range of areas, which will help you decide on the specialism you’d like to pursue in the long-term.
About You
We require a good bachelor’s or master’s degree, excellent communication and IT skills, a full driving licence, an eye for detail and the desire to develop your career in a first-class professional partnership.
