About the Role

Our aim is to nurture creative and dynamic property consultants. Our graduate trainee programme is well-respected. From your very first day, you’ll be given plenty of responsibility, working on real projects and meeting clients. You’ll be out and about on inspections, researching the market and presenting arguments.
Graduates progressing through the commercial property practice pathway will have four six-month rotations providing hands-on experience in a range of sectors and services. This helps graduates decide on the specialism they want to pursue long-term.
About You
We require a good bachelor’s or master’s degree, excellent communication and technology skills, an eye for detail and the desire to develop your career in a first-class professional partnership.

Working hours
The Firm’s core hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and you may choose to start and end your day around these hours, provided you still do 7.25 hours (excluding lunch) per day (e.g. 8.00 am – 4.30pm, 10.00 am – 6.30 pm). There is no requirement for this to be the same each day, but you are required to keep your manager informed. This position also involves out of hours working on an ‘as necessary’ basis. We are open to considering flexible working arrangements for everyone; this can be discussed during the application process or upon commencement.
