Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to join our dynamic and ambitious team. Together with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop, manage and deliver strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring that all campaigns are executed flawlessly, and objectives are met. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is passionate about driving market-orientated/client-centric marketing initiatives that deliver impact.
Your Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Implement and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future efforts.
Content Marketing: Create and deliver content marketing strategies to engage target audiences across various platforms. Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Use SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks highly in search engines.
Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of channels including website, email campaigns, social media, insights blogs, and educational/inbound marketing materials. Ensure all content aligns with the brand, maintaining consistency in style, quality, and tone. Leverage psychological principles to create copy that drives behavioural change and engages the audience emotionally.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with wider Marketing team and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. Present campaign strategies and results to stakeholders, gaining buy-in and feedback for continuous improvement.
Project Management: Drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Use project management tools, like Monday.com, to track progress and streamline processes. Adapt to changing priorities and manage resources efficiently to ensure project success.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.
Your Experience:
• Proven experience in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and content strategies.
• Strong skills in managing stakeholders, multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Expertise in crafting compelling, on-brand content for various channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to interpret data, provide insights, and optimise strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
While this is a temporary position, there is a possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs
